Wootz Fish
I call this blade “wootz fish”. Made from crucible steel melted in my foundry from stainless steels AEBL and CPM 154 scrap. I achieved a unique result in that the scrap fused and did not achieve full melt therefore retaining some of the pattern in the base materials.

Rosewood handle and brass retention nut. This blade is useful in smaller kitchen tasks such as paring or fine cutting tasks. It has a very thin and flexible tip.

Overall length 10 inches
Cutting edge 4.75 inches
Wides part of blade 1.5 inches
